Shipping & Processing

Our business takes care to make all of its herbal products by hand and in small batches to ensure quality and potency. Once you have placed an order you will not receive any notifications about it until a shipping label has been created. If you paid for faster shipping; that method does not apply until your shipping label has been created. Our current processing time is 2-7 business days.

Please note: If you paid for faster shipping, our processing time is still the same (2-7 Business Days). 

Please keep in mind, the delivery dates are only estimated based on production and shipping provided by Knutsford Express. On rare occasions, your parcel may arrive outside of the estimated time.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once the order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you. The email will contain shipment details and your tracking number. To track the order, use the tracking number provided in the email 24-48 hours after you receive the tracking number for an update.

Shipping emails are sent to the email address you entered at checkout when placing your order. Please be sure to enter the correct email address at checkout. Please check your junk/spam inbox then contact us.

Please ensure that you track your shipment carefully to ensure you are able to retrieve the package from your porch or package delivery area in a timely fashion. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement once the product has been marked as delivered by the carrier.
